We are a registered family-run business with 5 staff

Our aim is to provide a professional, reliable and knowledgeable service for our customers from beginning to end. We are trustworthy and we are confident that we can deliver quality work for a fair price. We are specialists in helping our customers with heating and boiler services as well as domestic, landlord and letting agency requirements. It is paramount to us that we deliver outstanding customer service so as we can continue to build on our good reputation.

We Understand

We understand that your heating system and boiler needs to work when you need it to, and that it has to be safe and reliable and we'll work efficiently to solve any issues. We'll discuss the very best options for your home or property. With being Ideal Max accredited installers, we can offer up to 12 years warranty on some new boiler installations.

Our Team

Our small team of three fully qualified gas engineers, one apprentice and one office support staff work very well together to provide a fantastic service. All with a very strong work ethic, good customer service and with honest, impartial advice. All our engineers wear uniform, carry identification cards, are Gas Safe Registered (547324) and fully insured.

Scott Kelly

Gas Engineer

24 years in the Armed Forces gave Scott the fantastic leadership skills and determination he required to set up his own business when retiring. He is highly experienced at fault finding and to keep the repair costs down to a minimum. He is also the man you will meet if you require any quotes for larger projects around your home. Scott is LPG and Legionella qualified.

Zoe Kelly

Company Secretary

Zoe will answer all your calls. Invoicing, arranging appointments for the engineers. Also reminding you when your annual boiler service due or your existing landlord gas safety certificate is about to expire.

Gyula Racz

Gas Engineer

You will see Gyula driving around in one of our Vitos. He is our general maintenance engineer. Gyula will be carrying out the gas safety inspections, boiler services and emergency breakdowns.

Craig Scott

Gas Engineer

Craig has been with us for three and a half years. You will find Craig attending to most of the routine and breakdowns on the plumbing side of things. He also assists with all boiler and bathroom installations.

Cameron Kelly

Gas Engineer

Cameron is the youngest of the team. After finishing his school exams he was straight to work, and very keen to get started on his first year apprenticeship.
Cameron is a conscientious young man, and a very quick learner. Cameron will be out and about being mentored by Craig.
